This should be called ‘au naturel’ Ant Moore. Not only has Mr Moore not manipulated the acidity of the wine, but it is a wine that is from pre-certified organic vineyard (they are awaiting certification) from the Upper Moutere Valley in Nelson NZ. It is a wine that has been made in the just dry style which complements the ripe stonefruit and tropical flavours of the wine. The style works well because while it is crisp, the body is softly rounded and full of flavour and texture. A great all rounder – with or without food and one to try, even if you are not a Riesling addict.
