One of the large stable of wines from Grant Burge, this blend made from 68% Shiraz and 32% Mourvedre is sourced from the Daly Road vineyard wine. The classic Shiraz features of pepper and juicy black fruit characters are complemented by the more earthy and definitely more savoury mouvedre. In fact, the flavours of this wine range from light roast beef to blackberry and nutty spice. After 16 months in oak, the finish is rounded and rich.
