The Hoopes family, a father and daughter combination, along with their ‘pups with personality’ make their wines with freshness and generosity all the way to their soul. That is why this chardonnay has been made primarily with tank ferment (90%) with just 10% barrel ferment along with 11 months of lees stirring to add some additional curves and creamy softness to the blend while focusing on the freshness of the fruit.
It’s a fuller body white, with rich peach stonefruit and pear fruit has a grapefruit edge and theluxury of a delicious dollop of light cream. Once you take a sip of this wine, your mouth explodes with fresh pineapple. A well made wine that will win friends around the table with its fresh appeal. It is an easy choice for a light lunch or as a sundowner.
