Made in the traditional method, that is using the same methods that produce Champagne, this fizz has loads of biscuity character. The aromas are of lemon, stonefruit and minerals with a hint of almond biscuit.The bubbles are fine and lasting and produce a creamy mousse like all good Sparklings should. The stonefruit and apple flavour are paired with a biscuity base ending in a refreshing finish. The time on lees has produced a rounded texture to the expected biscuity characters.
