Mirabeau Etoile Provence Rosé 2018

Mirabeau Etoile Provence Rosé

Mirabeau Etoile Provence Rosé is one evocative pink! Not only the name, which immediately brings to mind the beauty of walking the streets of Paris, the lavender fields of Provence or the bustle of market day in a small picturesque town anyway in France.  In addition, there is that beautifully designed bottle and the gorgeous pale salmon pink hue – the hallmarks of Côtes de Provence rosé. Since 2010, the Cronk family has developed a range of Côtes de Provence rosé which also includes Summer essentials:  Frosé Iced lolly and rosé in a can.

Mirabeau Etoile is a dry pink where the peach and berry fruit is perfumed with a whiff of light floral notes. The silky texture is kept crisp with a flush of refreshing acid. This makes it a great match to a simple chicken salad or South of France classics such as passaladière or tuna niçoise.
