Seppelt The Great Entertainer Chardonnay

Seppelt Chardonnay

The Seppelt Great Entertainer is a chardonnay that suits someone looking for a crisp drinking, dry white wine. There is a nutty creaminess that comes from resting on its lees and oak contact. This also gives the wine some extra fruit weight as well as some additional character to its fresh grapefruit and stone fruit.

It is a wine that sits well within that ‘mid week quaffer’ realm and is reasonably priced. I would call it a ‘solid performer’ for the price. Drink it with something like roast pumpkin and pine nut linguine or some quiche.
